To book a flight from us, you must visit our website and go through the charter options available first. Once you know what we offer and your needs align, request a consultation by filling out the form, which opens when you click on the Book a Consultation button on the description page of each charter option available. Select a feasible date and visit our office on the chosen date and time to get your itinerary customized and pay in cash to book your charter.
Can I book a private charter for corporate travel?
Yes, you can definitely book a private charter for any kind of solo, group, family, or even corporate travel. We make sure to understand your needs and then offer the ideally tailored itinerary for you. Make sure to share your needs with us during the free consultation, and we’ll make sure that you don’t have anything to complain about at all.
Can I cancel a charter after booking is complete?
Yes, you can cancel a charter after the booking is complete. We do understand that changes in plans can occur and thus, we ensure smooth cancellations. However, if the cancellation request is placed 72 hours before the commencement date of flight, you’ll get a complete refund. If you miss the 72-hour mark, a 50% deduction will be imposed as a fine.
What happens if I don’t show up at the date of flight?
In case you don’t show up at boarding and you don’t inform us as well; it will be considered as a non-refundable cancellation. We won’t pay you any refund of any kind. So, it is requested that even in case you’re not able to make it to the boarding, you need to inform us before 24 hours of departure, to avoid any negative situations.
Can I tailor the itinerary as per my needs?
Yes, your entire trip is totally customizable, as we make sure that we don’t give you a single chance to complain. You can place any itinerary request and we will make sure that it is followed as it is. This involves destinations and in-flight services like food preferences as well.
