This Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures regarding cancellations, no-shows, and fiscal returns for private jet charter services booked with Flyzentiq. By finalizing your flight booking through our cash payment process, you agree to comply with the stipulations detailed below.

All operations, bookings, and refund distributions are managed from our registered office at Union Building, 171 Tras St, Singapore 079025.

1. Cancellation Notice and Timeframes

Flyzentiq operates on a strict schedule based on airport slot allocations, aircraft positioning, and flight crew availability. Because resources are allocated immediately upon booking confirmation, cancellations impact our flight schedules significantly. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a time-sensitive tier system based on your scheduled departure time.

  • Cancellations More Than 72 Hours Before Departure: If you officially cancel your itinerary more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations Between 72 and 24 Hours Before Departure: If a cancellation notice is received within this window, a 50% deduction will be applied. You will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure: If you cancel your journey less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight time, no refund will be provided. The company will retain complete of the paid amount to cover operating costs and airport slot fees.

2. No-Show Policy and Passenger Inability to Board

Passengers are required to arrive at the designated airport facility well before the scheduled departure time to complete security clearance and boarding protocols.

If a passenger fails to arrive for the scheduled flight without prior formal notification, the situation will be classified as a no-show. A no-show is viewed as an automatic cancellation made without the required notice. In all no-show instances, zero refunds will be issued, and the full paid amount will be retained by the company.

Furthermore, passengers must inform Flyzentiq of any inability to board the aircraft at least 24 hours prior to departure. Failure to notify the company before this 24-hour mark results in the total forfeiture of the flight amount.

3. Methods of Refund Distribution

Once a cancellation request is formally reviewed and accepted by Flyzentiq, the return of funds will be executed using one of two specific methods chosen by the customer:

Option A: Bank Transfer

If you select a bank transfer, you must submit your complete and accurate bank account details directly to our team via email at fly@flyzentiq.com. For security and data validation purposes, these details must be sent from the same email address used during your initial consultation booking. All the data collected is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Option B: Cash Collection

If you select a cash return, you must visit our physical office located at Union Building, 171 Tras St, Singapore 079025. The cash amount will be paid back directly to the registered customer upon substantiation of identity.

4. Finality of Policy

This policy is established to maintain operational efficiency and ensure aircraft readiness for all scheduled travelers. All refund decisions made by Flyzentiq according to these timeframes are final and legally binding.
