Welcome to Flyzentiq. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking services, and private jet charter flights. By scheduling a consultation or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Flyzentiq operates out of Singapore and complies with all applicable domestic laws and aviation regulations.

2. Website Use and Consultation Bookings

  • Our website showcases six distinct types of jets along with their respective operational specifications. This information serves as a preliminary guide to help you assess your travel requirements.
  • You may schedule an initial consultation through our website platform.
  • No charges are levied for this initial scheduling. This is a free consultation booking and does not constitute a final flight reservation or contract of carriage.
  • When scheduling, you will select a specific date to visit our office for your consultation.

3. In-Office Consultation and Flight Booking Process

  • To finalize a private jet charter, you must attend the scheduled consultation at our office located at Union Building, 171 Tras St, Singapore 079025.
  • During this session, our representatives will design a tailored itinerary and service tier based on your specific route requests and operational needs, and suggest the appropriate aircraft category.
  • A precise cost estimate will be provided during this in-office consultation.
  • Payment Terms: To secure and complete your flight booking, the full amount must be paid in cash at our office. No other modes of payment (such as credit cards, cheques, or digital transfers) are accepted for booking confirmation.
  • A booking is considered legally complete and established only after full cash payment has been received and a confirmation receipt is issued.

4. Customization and Passenger Liberty

  • Flyzentiq provides private jet charter services that offer passengers individual flexibility regarding schedules, routes, and onboard arrangements.
  • You have the liberty to customize your journey profile, including departure times, catering preferences, and specific routing, subject to international airspace regulations, airport slot availability, and civil aviation safety standards.

5. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be formally communicated to Flyzentiq. The refund structure is strictly time-dependent based on your scheduled departure time:

More than 72 hours before scheduled departure Complete refund of the paid amount
Between 72 hours and 24 hours before scheduled departure 50% refund of the paid amount
Less than 24 hours before scheduled departure 0% refund (No refund)
No-Show (Failure to arrive for departure) 0% refund (No refund)

Important Notice: Passengers must inform Flyzentiq of any cancellation or inability to board at least 24 hours prior to departure to qualify for the 50% refund. Failure to notify us before the 24-hour mark, or failure to arrive for the flight, will be classified as a no-show, and the entire paid amount will be retained.

Method of Refund Processing

Accepted refunds will be processed via one of the following methods:

1. Bank Transfer: If you select a bank transfer, you must provide your authentic bank account details via email from your registered email address once the cancellation request is accepted.

2. Cash Transfer: If you select a cash refund, you must visit our office at Union Building, 171 Tras St, Singapore 079025, to collect the cash amount in person.

6. Data Protection and Privacy (PDPA Compliance)

  • Flyzentiq is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • We collect personal information—including names, passport details, contact numbers, email addresses, and bank details (in the event of a refund)—solely to facilitate your consultation, verify identity, comply with aviation security protocols, and process transactions.
  • By providing your details, you consent to Flyzentiq collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data to relevant authorities and third-party operational partners (such as ground handlers and customs) necessary to execute your flight itinerary.
  • You may withdraw your consent or request access to your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection officer at fly@flyzentiq.com.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
